CURVE GARDEN ROOMS: WHO WE ARE
Curve is a truly bespoke, original, and creative garden rooms specialist. We are a small company who takes pride in every single thing that we create. No detail is forgotten about and no option dismissed. Everything is done with expertise, pride, and with close consultation with each and every client.
What sets us apart from the rest:
Our commitment to being totally bespoke, not simply tailored - there are no 'ranges' to choose from, your space is yours only (unless you want it to be like someone else's!).
Our unique design features, such as the beautiful curved roofs on our rooms, skylights, and bespoke pocket doors.
Superior specifications, like underfloor heating, fully finished plastered interiors, top grade timber and real wooden floors. These practical and stylish features ensure your room is not only unique, but practical, cosy, and usable all year round: a real room in your garden.
Our 'can do' approach. We are very flexible and don't tell you what can't be done, we do everything we can to create the room you want; such as designing and building a resin bar, or installing bespoke and unusual windows to really maximise light.
Our guarantee that you'll get the highest specification for the best value. Always. So, you'll have a beautiful but affordable space, that will both enhance your environment and add value to it, making it a good investment for your home as well as a room that you'll love.
A sculptor's creative vision, ensuring a truly original, artistic, and creative space, with a consistently excellent finish, and real attention to detail.
How we are able to achieve this:
Our unique approach is owed to our Director, Garry Martin. Garry possesses a first class honours degree in Fine Art; a practising artist/sculptor of over twenty years standing, with many high profile exhibitions to his name. His works have been selected for the Royal Academy Summer exhibition on numerous occasions, singled out on BBC 2 as being of special note, alongside artists such as Tracey Emin. Clients of his sculpture include noted academics and well known celebrities. Garry has been shortlisted for prestigious art prizes such as the Threadneedle prize. He has also designed awards for major ceremonies, including a special award for Sir Elton John.
Garry's longevity and experience in his successful career as a sculptor mean that he is highly skilled and creative and that his perspective is conceptual and original. He understands materials and knows how to make the most of them, as well as possessing an expert understanding of what works best, what looks best, and how to create beauty and balance. Garry's love and appreciation of form and materials are what inspired him to want to create beautiful, bespoke garden spaces for his clients - useable sculptures!
Garry also has twenty years experience as a skilled senior technician at a prestigious central London art gallery. He consequently possesses excellent project management skills, always ensuring that projects are delivered efficiently, flawlessly, to budget, and on time. At the gallery, Garry has played a crucial technical role in exhibitions with internationally acclaimed artists such as David Hockney, Sir Anthony Caro, David Nash OBE RA, Leon Kossoff, Kawamata, Richard Wilson and Christo. Such experiences have pushed and honed both Garry's technical abilities and his aesthetic sensibilities; as well as ensuring rigour in construction, always at the highest level in art exhibitions.
What Garry says:
"Creativity is always at the forefront of my mind while always working to exacting high standards; but also open and honest communication with each client is crucial. It is important to me that all my creations are beautifully built and original, and, most important of all, that every client gets what they expect, or more than they expected."

Why Invest in a Garden Room?
There are many reasons why you should choose a Curve garden room, but why invest in a garden room in the first place? Here are some reasons why we think it's a great option to increase your space:
Unlike a house extension, in most cases, you don't need planning permission for a garden room, making the whole process of creating more space easier, quicker, and much less stressful.
A room in your garden is more affordable than an extension, and, because you don't need planning permission, it's more within your control and its design can be very flexible.
It will add significant value to your property, and as Curve garden rooms are way beyond any shed or cabin, it will enhance its environment, ensuring a good investment.
The flexibility of a garden room means that you can built it for a variety of purposes, such as an office, a gym, a den, a studio, a social space, or a calm escape pod.
A room in your garden means an independent, private space for you, whatever its purpose. It provides you with a truly secluded place, something that you won't get from adding a room to your house.
It can provide a perfect space to work from home, for instance: clients for whom I've built an office often tell me that the separation of the room from the house means that they can really focus on their work without distraction.
